On cultural days, international students are free to enter the comprehensive cultural exhibition.
There seems to be an introduction of Japanese art and experience events.

This year, foreign students studying in Japan will be able to gain a deeper understanding of Japan through a visit to the Tokyo National Museum, with a view to Japanese culture and traditions."International Student Day"Implement

On the day, the international student's comprehensive cultural exhibition viewing fee is free! Various events will also be held.
The events in Japan are easy to understand for international students, except for "Japanese Art Flow" English Guide, Ukiyo-e Guide (Chinese), "Chinese Titles and Japanese Zen Buddhism Temple [Chinese]", and "Ukiyo no Ji [English]" Do it in words.

The Cultural Exchange Day is designed for students studying in Japan from abroad to enjoy and deepen their understanding about Japanese art and culture.On Saturday, November 3, 2019, foreign students will be admitted free to all regular exhibitions.
There will be special programs for foreign students, such as tea ceremony performances and English guides.
All programs are in basic Japanese, except for “English-Speaking Volunteer Guides for Highlights of Japanese Art” “Volunteer Guided Tour: Ukiyo-e (in Chinese)” “The Chinese Pictorial Themes and the Living Space of Japanese Zen Monks (in Chinese ) ”And“ Journey through the Floating World (in English) ”.
